I have a Built 2.0L 6 bolt for sale.
Currently the block and head are separated but can easily be put together by me or you as I have all the parts. Looking to get rid of this ASAP!
Block:
Crower Rods
Ross Pistons
Bored .020 over and honed with my personal torque plate
Balanced to 11.5k @ 1/4 gram
Piston to cylinder wall clearance is .0045
Ring gap, .021 for top and .024 for bottom
Balance shafts eliminated
OEM Oil pump/Case cover
OEM Water pump
ACL Race Main and Rod Bearings
Polished OEM crank, never turned/cut
All new frost plugs and painted high temp black
The block was built in mind of 45-47psi on a GT4202 with a 100 shot of nitrous.
Head:
Ported and polished 6 bolt head
Carbon removed
Boiled and Jet Washed
FP3x cams
Supertech Dual Valve Springs
All new OEM Valve seals
3g lifters
Stock polished valves.
JMFabrications Intake:
-1g Race Sheetmetal Intake Manifold, flanged for a Q45 Throttle body which is currently bolted up to it along with TPS and harness. Designed for dual fuel rails, and has nitrous bungs on the underside of the manifold. Polished. NEVER USED!
Fuel:
-AEM Injector driver box. Brand new, never used. Includes 8 New injector clips/harness'. Has the ability to control 10 fuel injectors.
-QTY: 2 - Walbro 255lph High Pressure INLINE fuel pumps and install kit. Brand new, never used.
95 Talon body parts (all black):
Hood
Fenders
Front bumper
Rear bumper
Side skirts
Hatch w/ glass not installed
VERY GUTTED doors (Let me rephrase that) nothing left inside except the handle/latch. Still opens/closes and functions without glass. Both rear 1/4 panels are good if anyone needs one.
Racing Seat:
-Ultra-shield Aluminum Racing seat. Rib cage and shoulder support.
Turbo's:
-Real MHI EvoIII 16g, SS J-pipe, SS feed line... 2k miles, no shaft play, good condition.
-Garrett GT4202... 775 miles, some in and out shaft play, no up/down.
Exhaust:
-DNP Divided T4 Manifold, can accept a 44mm or 38mm Tial Wastegate.
Stock Intake Manifolds:
-QTY: 4 - 2g Stock intake manifolds
-QTY: 2 - 1g Stock intake manifolds
I'm sure there is more, but its 6:30am and my ability to think has gone out the window. If you need something stock from a 2g and dont see it listed, shoot me a PM, I might have it!
