Built auto transmission

A new aquaintance of mine is running a 57 trim (with all the other normal mods, and it's dyno tuned) on a nasty 2g auto tranny and he asked me what he should do... Well, I don't know dick and squat about automatics, so I figured I'd let you guys pitch in.

-What should he be looking for in one
-Is a Shep or TRE built tranny worth the money
-Anywhere else to look

I don't know jack shit about autos either, but I can tell you this, Shep and TRE are not going to build you an auto. You want to look for a guy named Kiggley for the auto stuff.

what i hear is the DSM auto trans should hold up to quite a bit of abuse. I forgot the name of the place that makes a build kit for the DSM auto trans.
