ajar door light and other lights staying on [Archive]

hi

i have a 92 eclipse gs and my ajar door warning light and ignition ring light and my interior floor lights stay on even when the doors are closed and the car is off and no keys are in. these light never worked before but just randomly did and if i pull of the fuse they dont work which is ok but then my stereo doesnt work when that fuse is out. so if any one can help me with this it would be awsome:)

check the light switch for the hatch and make sure both doors are closed. Only a door or hatch being open should make the lights come on.

check the alt. fuse, and grounds
