ok hookin up dsm link on computer, their is a ecu file if u go to that u can go to a load-save-and somthin else? u can pick 1g or 2g does that mean i can reuse link in a 2g if i wanted?

also i wanted to know how to set a basic injector size,say i orded a 660inj dsmlink how do i set it up for 450s? or how 2 set up for 1000cc injectors:eek:

You can use the software on a 2g, but not the ecu, chip or cable. You would still need to buy a 2g DSMlink, you just wouldn't have to install new software on your laptop, just select 2g ecu in the option you are talking about.

For stock injectors you would just change the global and deadtime fuel adjustment to 0. To calculate for larger injectors you have to divide the old flow rate by the new and subtract one to estimate the global setting. So for 1000cc it would look like this

(450/1000)-1=-0.55 or -55% global
You will then have to watch your fuel trims to adjust the dead time.
