drives and when u get on it its fine but driving normally for a while it will just start misfiring out of no where or sometimes between shifts when driving normally just start puttering and have to shut off the car and turn it back on to get rid of the misfire, running a 90 cam angle was told a black top would help but im not sure anyone know how to fix this?

are your plug wires swapped?

did you check that the CAS is not 180* out?

switched the wires to the right order and what do you mean about the cas

the inside of the CAS could be flipped 180* - did you mess with the cas? is it the original one that came with the motor.

Have you check plugs, wires, coils, battery, and alternator, and for boost leaks?

Random misfire cause by a 1g cas on a 2g can be fix with ecmlink. Or you can go on Magnus Motorsport website and they have a way of fixing. By wiring a pot and adjusting it to get rid of the misfire. I have a 1g cas on my car but I have link and that fix my misfire problem.
