The best way i learned the program is to just get a practice log and play around with it. Be sure to not save it to your ecu though lol. Also you might want to check out the video's the guys at ecmlink have put together. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6OhJ8-cBaaM&feature=player_embedded#at=109 <<<< cool video of an ecmlink member helping out another member.

Here is good write up on wideband and map wiring (while not AEM specific, it's the same deal - the white wire from the AEM will be your signal wire)

send over a log of a long cruise when you get a chance.

If you have cash to pay for a tune, bring it to MA performance. They are located im Plymoth, MN (other side of the cities) I live in River Falls, and its about an hour drive for me. I believe they charge $150 per hour of tuning on the dyno table, but there tuning guy, Jordan Schreyer really knows his shit. Your car will be tuned to the peek of perfection! usually takes 1-2 hours depending on your setup!

Its nice to be able to pay someone to tune it, but then if you change something then youre going to have to bring it back and pay them to tune it again.
