limiter???

Ok so me and some friends were all hanging out downtown and some guy stopped by to look at are cars and he comes up to me and was like did u know that your car has a power limiter? Well i don't think it does but i figured i would ask you guys about this. Is it true?:rolleyes:

Some of our cars have speed limiters, but short of physical limitations our cars have no "power limiter" so long as you are able to do some basic tuning. The most likely thing he was talking about is fuel cut which I probably don't have to explain but it is when the ECU sees a certain amount of air that it "knows" is too much to safely handle because it puts the injectors at or above 100% idc, this is eliminated or pushed to a higher ceiling with tuning and larger injectors.
