I'm selling my house. If you are in the market and haven't seen my house yet come on over! If you've seen it already, come look at it again.

Built in 1991.

1680 sq feet (total included unfinished basement area: Approximately 2200sq feet)

BRAND new roof and skylights. I used 35 year architectural shingles and Low-E sun reflective Velux skylights. All new venting.

Wood, Tile, Carpet

Granite countertops and bathroom vanity. Travertine stone backsplash. Solid hickory cabinets.

Movie/Media room(A/V equipment not included)

Main level washer and dryer hookups.

Vaulted 18' ceilings.

Skylights in main living room.

Roughed in basement w/ roughed in 3rd bathroom(including all plumbing)

Loft.

Very spacious house in a quiet area of Plover using all top quality products. e.g. Kohler, Delta, Jenn-Air convection range, Kolbe & Kolbe windows.

Hidden down a 140ft driveway on a heavily wooded corner lot w/ a little less than an acre of land. Rear deck and brick patio. Custom storage shed next to large, insulated, attached 2 stall garage.

Security fence around side/rear of property. Whole home security system.

This is the first time I'm posting this anywhere so I'm sure there is plenty more to be told.

I am doing market research this week for a solid price but I will set it between $155,000-$165,000.

I just wanted to get the word out prematurely so anyone interested could start considering it.

My full name is Chad Dandar. 26 year old IT guy. My dad brought me up to be a craftsman on the side and taught me that doing things yourself is more rewarding and guarantees quality. Example of my work is in my main bathroom: I did not care for the wallpapered walls, laminate counter, or the white drawers. So I ripped it all out and built my own custom solid oak vanity and hand made the red cedar drawers and red cedar shelfing inside. I bought a solid granite top to match the granite in the kitchen and installed it all slowly and carefully. I never cut corners on the house. When I put on the new roof this year, I didn't go over the top of the old shingles, I ripped them all off, down to the wood, and did it correctly.

Thanks for keeping this thread on topic. :)

EDIT: I had some projects for the the house that I haven't gotten to... materials purchased for these projects will be give away with the house. Example: Solid granite vanity top/backsplash, undermount sink, high end Delta faucet, and wood ceramic tiles for the basement bathroom.

If it wasn't so far away from my work I would be seriously thinking of buying it. Nice house. Good luck to you.
