Hey, my name is Nick and I live in the northern suburbs of twin cities. I recently found this site and have been lurking around for a few days. I've been around DSMs now since 04 when I purchased my first one. It was a 99 auto spyder n/t. Shortly after that I bought a 1 owner 98 GSx with 40,000 unmolested grandma miles. I took this car to the track in stock form and ran a 14.98@91 mph. Car remained stock except the stage 2 shep trans. I put in a few months after going to the track. I sold this car a few years later to help remodel my newly purchased home and picked up a 95 gsx as a project. I also sold that as working on the house and having a project seemed to much. I bought the car I have now a year ago. And I love it I'm glad I'm back!

Dont know car hopefully will make close to 500 on a heartbreak dyno. I was told by alot of people the car should run a high 10. But thats the car not the driver. I expect mid 11's and still streetable.


Looks nice!! I especially like the enkei's with the white body....

Thanks but there Rota's I was to cheap for enkei's. LOL

The MAP event? I was there last year. I was hanging out w/ the evo kids from Mitsustyle. We located straight back from the drag strip entrance. I was also the only 2GB talon drag racing. I plan on going back this year!

thats a real clean talon. yeah we'll be at MAP Proving Grounds this year, however we dont do much of the drag race stuff. we're hanging back at the road course. stop on by if you're there again this year.

I'll do the same. Last year I ran super shitty times. Bad 60' and I was on a mix 50/50 tune. Wont be hard to get better times this year. I think the best I did was 13.2@118.
