Timing belt tracking issue!!

so ive noticed that my timing belt tracks twords the inside of the cam gears an actually will hang over the side about 1/8 inch ive been told it could be the tensioner arm being worn just wondering if anyone else has anyother ideas.

Pull the timing belt cover (Upper and lower) replace parts needed such as pulleys ect... Run engine at idle, visually check for bent or wobbly pulleys/tensioners/cam gears.
