First off, pics should be ready shortly and I think this would be a great project, auto-x car. I would part it out, but I don't have the time and know how to do it. If you can part out the car and make money, more power to you. It has a new engine that was rebuilt by a machinist who usually rebuilds race engines and has a great reputation. I am not sure what I am looking at for a price, so I am just going to put a price of $2,500 obo (I have $4,600 into the car not including car purchase or labor beyond engine rebuild) out there and I do mean obo, just so there is a price. NEEDS A PAINT JOB and some body work. (might need trans, car shifted fine with very light grinding in second and 3rd if you didn't delay your shift time, until the bolt fell out of part of the shift linkage under the hood. Bolt is gone and only have odd sized bolts at home that I can't seem to adjust correctly) Car was purchased from HID Tuning a year and a half ago, so parts stated by them will have a question mark by them if I am not sure of validity. Some parts that were stated were in the car. Please e-mail me for pics

Engine: ($3,147 invested) roughly 2,500 miles on it. I don't have a compression test on it, but you are willing to do one if you come and look at it.
Rebuilt by Automotive Machine and Welding in New Lisbon, WI I have receipts

8:1 ceramic coated pistons (.020 bore), 3 angle valve job, port & polish intake and exhaust ports, revised lifters, chrome moly piston rings, balance shafts eliminated, ARP head studs; ARP rod bolts, ARP main studs, oil pump, water pump, 264 DKS exhaust cam, crower titanium retainers, springs, knock sensor, clean-polish-mike crankshaft (crankshaft end play .003), resurfaced aluminum head .005, resurface deck and square block .005, compression ratio 8:29:1, and all seals, gaskets, and so on.

Transmission: ?HID Tuning? Lightened flywheel from slowboy racing, ACT 2100 clutch, 23 spline trans case from 92 GSX, dual synchros in 3rd??
Does have braded clutch line and short throw shifter

ECU: Rebuilt by Steve Simon 30 miles Eprom with new caps, fuel cut removed, injector pulse width cap removed, A/C compressor cutout, double range airflow logging, extended closed loop operation, 2-step stuterbox set at 4500K, boost gauge conversion, check engine light flashes codes

Turbo: roughly 2,500 miles, Evo 3 16g ported, ?ported O2 housing 2.5"?

Intake: 3: hard pipe w/ injen filter/ 2g MAF, ported intake manifold by machinist to match ported block, FMIC w/ 2.5" piping piping color is mixed, install looks ugly, but doesn't leak.

Exhaust: Ported 2g exhaust manifold, Full 3" mandrel bent, test pipe, magnaflow muffler

Fuel: Rewired Walbro 190, FIC 650cc 30 miles, ?ported fuel rail?
It appears to me to car has ugraded fuel lines, line from the filter to rail is .5 inches and the hard line from the pump has a smaller hard line right next to it that is no longer connected

Big Brake kit on front

Not installed: Adjustable cam gears, five inch tach w/ shift light, RRE motor mounts coming still from tonypiechowski that are already pressed. Dual strut tower bars (front one is installed.)

A/C, cruise, and power steering are disconnected. Has power windows, but passenger side doesn't work. Interior is partially painted and out of the car. Please pm me with any questions.

If you do end up parting out, I may be interested in the ECU.

I could only part it out if somebody could help me do it.

Judging by the throttle cable/cruise box the car is actually a 90 and not a 91. Whats the actually production date on the door? 3500 for car that needs body work, a trans and more is defiantly a little high. I would throw a cheap paint job on it and try to sell it for 3500 after that. Just my .02

I will check the production date on that. I have 2g radiator motor mounts too, lol. As soon as I get the stock bolt for the linkage, it should shift fine again. It did not slip or pop out of gear before I lost the bolt and hopefully it will be the same again when I replace it. I only put that as a price because it is required, and sorry, I meant to put 3K.

Production date is Oct. 89, I was told it was originally an 90, than they told me they carfaxed it and it was a 91, it has a 91 ecu, no oil cooler, 2g radiator mounts, and the rest, you would have to look at it.

Well technically the car is a 90 then. I would just tell people its a 90 with a 91 ECU, no air oil cooler, etc.

After fixing my fuel line, I am still having trouble with the old problem, going to take car of that first and maybe get back to this.

Also, when the mechanic took the car apart, he said, without taking everything apart. That the trans looked good and that the fluid was clean with no metal shavings.

When the engine was took out for the rebuild, the mechanic said from what he saw without taking the transmission apart, that it looked to be in good shape and the fluid was clean with no metal shavings.

I forgot, clevite bearings and hastings rods.
