What to do with 2g intake hoses

I have an FP intake and there are the two hose that come off if the stock one. The one to the head i am just going to put a filter on, But then there is another one that goes to the tranny, i think. Can i just plug that errr what do you do with it?

The second one should go to the charcoal canister I believe.

What can i do with the hose? Just unhook it and leave it?

You can leave the charcoal cannister unhooked make sure you plug it on the intake tube (unless you mean you have no vacuum ports on your intake tube in which case you have nothing to plug)
