well, DontStopMe is running the 255 version of these tires on his 1st gen.

If you would like, I'd be willing to lend you my fender roller to ensure they wont rub.

I have 8" wide rims on 255's. You should probably have at least 7.5" wide rims for any tire over 225 IMO.

i fit a 235 on a 7in wide rim no problem before, not sure about a 245. i have some stock evo 8 enkie wheels i could hook you up with if you'd like. those will fit on your DSM.

I didn't say they wouldn't fit, I just would recommend going wider. But who cares, Stock Evo 8's FTW! package deal.:cool:
