ECU ??????????

ok i got a 95 talon tsi awd and there is a 97 tsi motor swapped into it. i got the car like this and trying to figure out the problems. i believe there is a 95 ecu in there. md321912 and e2t61677 is the ecu codes. would this make my car not run right ????? when driving the car feels like it pulls fine but its mostly an idle problem im having.

i found that page to and just figured out my ecu is not an eprom ecu. and before i found that out i switched the plugs like showen in diagram and it would not start. when plugs are in order the proper way the car will run fine cold but when warms up after a while it idle sureges / almost like really bad missfire a between 200rpms to 1000rpms and then just shuts it self off. if i start it right after it runs fine for a while and does the same thing. i have replaces the ics and tested the tp sensor they only things i have done to the car was change the aalternator starter and the coolent temp sensor

Not all 95s are eprom. Boost leak.

i made a boost leak tester and found out im leaking where the injectors plug into the head..

how much pressure did you send through there? ive never heard of a leak there. Not to say it isnt possible.

um about 10lbs and im running stock boost when im able to drive the car.. i just got done replacing the intake manifold gasket and tested it and found out it was leaking there

I see them leak there a lot.
