Well, BlackHawk Farms Track day was not soo good to me. Not sure how, but those tight hard turns must have starved the bearings or something but the motor half seized at the track. Got the car home, started it, and there is a weeee bit of knocking.

So, Looking for a good running lower miles 6-bolt motor. I just need the shortblock (crank, rods, pistons, block, ect..)

Thank you in advance!

How long did you get to run the car before it went to shit? Am I correct in thinking it still had a 7 bolt? I'll keep an eye out for a SB.

That sucks man. Hope you get it up and running soon. Maybe give Coty a call on a motor, he may know of something.

yes, bone stock original 100k motor. Motor is pulled and taken apart. Spun Rod bearing. the cause in unsure, i've change the oil prior to every auto event, (basically every 1000 miles) with mobile 1 and I check the level prior to going out on the track,. The only thing I can think of is the it was at the end of the life of the bearings, and starved oil through some of the twisties.
