no drawbacks other than it being hard to turn. i would just loop the lines and take everything out. deff cleans up the motor bay. i just did this a couple of weeks ago. now i just gotta relocate the battery and do some other small things.

Any particular reason you would want to do this?

fuel mileage, h/p, quiker throttle response, and if you ask me a better feel for the road. only thing connected to my crank shaft besides my timing belt is my alternator

eh not my thing. my nissan has no power steering because i swapped a motor and the lines were different so i decided to delete it. It'd be nicer to have it in all honesty. No reason for it in my opinion on a daily driver, much less a stock dsm at that. but eh if you like it go for it i suppose.

somtimes i wish i had it when im feeling lazy.i bought a belt for it once and that god damn 12 dollar peice of shit lasted about 6 miles and flew off,but i didnt know it till a few miles down the road when i had to turn so there was no telling when it fell of.i was mad and i gave up on it.i still have the pump lines and cooler and shit just no belt on it.the ac was 100% deleted on mine
