94 eclipse Did a manuel swap.wont start??

I have a 94 eclipse gs the automatic trans went out, Swaped out for a 5speed trans..swaped computer also... still doenst start.Is there a safty switch or something what has to be done to get it to run????? i have no idea...anybody help!!!!
