rear discs

k this morning me and my girl went out to eat and as im pulling out the rear discs sound like didnt unlock even though the e-brake was off, but after a bit they stoped making sound :confused: just the cold? brake lines? wut?
advice appreciated:rolleyes:

it happens sometimes e brake might be a little slow to return....I wouldnt worry about it unless it starts doing it all the time.
