hard starting

95 talon tsi awd starts hard when it does run it doesnt boost till about 4500 when it does it kicks hard no vaccum/boost leaks eather all been properly checked ne ideas what goin on let me know

when my 92 didnt boost til 4k it was bent valves ran beatiful would have never thought of it being bent vavles but it was so id check compression
