Sounds like my garage, its only a 9ft x16ft I beleive, but at least my car is not always parked outside.

Oh that garage is plenty spacious as long as you are only working on one side of the car at a time. The lack of power out there is what always bothered me as well as the way that far wall leans. I was always a bit afraid of the snow load finally making it give way, but my car survived it so I'm sure yours will too.
