255 in tank with a Bosch 044 inline is a popular combo. The 1g tank does have more room for duals than a 2g. It has been done on both, I would opt for the second pump being inline instead of dual intanks personally.

How much power you plan on making?

I wouldn't run one to 600 hp. Around 500hp will work but its pushing it. Mine started losing volume at 540 some horse at 35psi. I was using stock fuel and return lines to see what they could handle too. You might gain a bit from bigger lines but I would do a dual setup. You could also do a single supra pump in tank. By far the simplest solution.

I haven't personally seen one maxed out on a dsm. But with proper lines and regulator. I would expect to see 600 solid. You'll be fine with that. Are you running the fp stainless housing on your turbo? You got a 3065 or did you get something different?

My stock Audi pump will handle 600 hp. But thats with Audi fuel lines which are ever so slightly bigger then dsm lines.
