i need to know if i use my rods and pistons or get diff ones i would imagine i need new ones, but if i dont ill stroke my motor ....i allready have good rods and pistons????? or do you use all the crap out of the 4g64 how strong is that stuff?

well there are a couple if ways to make a 4g63 a stroker. what size of stroker are you looking at building? if its a 2.3l you will need to get a custom piston with the rist pin moved up and a stroker crank. If it is a 2.4l you will need the 4g64 block i believe and the 4g64 crank. someone chime in please if i am wrong.

Technically the 2.4 isn't a "stroker" seeing as how you are not changing the crank, rod or piston geometry.
