92 awd talon 6-bolt, eagle rods, ross pistons, custom rings, no balance shafts but had rotating ass balanced, big 16g evo turbo, dump tube, huge fmic all 2.5 piping, 255 walboro,dsm link, 272 cams, light flywheel 6-puck clutch, 3'' exhaust, 660 injectors, and a few other minor things



wondering what i can expect after dyno tunning

I'd say you could it 350whp with a moderate tune on pump gas at about 20psi.

1320 time: Mod to lower 12's with some good driving.

alky or meth injection. NOS. hehe

I would get all the bugs worked out first, get it really fined tuned, replace any worn parts. Then I would focus on suspension, brakes, drivetrain.

No way... Not on pump gas.

Hate to be a nay sayer, but a 16g wont hit 350whp with 20lbs of boost. Even on race gas.

A local here made 380awhp on a FP3575 @ 18psi on pump. Just a reference.

Jesse (HLM) hit 318whp on pump gas on the dyno with a 2.0L, 16g, 650's, DSM-link, HKS 264/272's and then supporting mods. that was also with a Side mount yet too, plus i think there was more tuning and boost to play with yet.

With race gas, I'd say 350whp would be reached with some good tuning.

318 is a lot different than 350. What was his boost?

i suppose 350 may be a bit high on pump. on race gas i think 350 would be do-able.

i was thinking compared to my car. I hit 264whp on the dyno with my fully stock motor and a T28 with FMIC, 550, DSM-link, on my pump gas tune and running in the 9:1 A/F from a boost leak.

it s a evo big 16g if it maters if i get a bigger turbo or run meth witch i pland on doing evetually what turbo????? i have some subs for trade or any other parts for a bigger turbo , engine,and i have 3 extra turbos,,


also need some measurments to make a intake i have all the stuff to make one just need measurments

i would not worry about upgrading your intake manifold. not to mention there is a lot more behind an intake manifold that just welding a box shaped together.

yah the guys at work and i did some research lots of looking, and if i had all the measurments we could make one i work at the busiest airports around ''Eaa'' with really good mechanics that make custom shit all the time for b17s and other rare stuff so i just need the size of plenum and the tapper of the plenum its a ''side project''

but on the other hand what kind of turbo should i run that would work with my setup i want to trade a sub or two for one if possible
