Does anyone know if projector/halo lights are illegal in WI? Doing the 2ga-2gb conversion and might just get projectors if I can't find stockers.

My buddie has a Honda with projectors. He passes cops all the time with the halos on and never gets pulled over.

Ive never been pulled over with halo's.. And I know a guy with a maxima that has halo's and never gets bothered..
