View Full Version : 95 or convert to 97?

so i have a 95 talon tsi. i have the original 95 front and rear bumpers on as well as the hatch when i got the car i got an extra front and rear bumper and a hatch. should i leave it how it is or do the 97 conversion?

btw...whatever bumpers i dont use will be for sale (obo)

You need the headlights as well. Do the swap.

Do it!! Before you bought it, I was tryin to talk talonmaster into doing it... He just never got around to doing it..

IMO the 2gb style is much nicer and if you already have most of the parts then it is will worth doing.

yeah its alot more aggresive looking with the 97 pieces. it looks pretty aggressive with the black rims already. how much different are the headlight styles?

Ya.. Its not my garage door opener but ya, he does want it back ;) Ill find ya automotion weekend.. I think we have 1 of the headlights for the conversion... Not sure what happened to the other one :(

yeah haha i think im the only black on black talon in town now since extreme got rid of his. so more then likely it was me.

well i got the 1g bov got the boost controller (waiting for boost gauge) getting some upper and lower icp prolly next week and an intake and thats all i can afford at the moment oh and in a few weeks getting the cat delete. eventually im gonna step it up to the full 3" other then that im not real sure where i wanna go turbo wise or other engine mods. but we will see.
